Exercise for office workers - Nodrin's style...

1st: Warming up


2nd: Stretching


3rd: the upper body exercise


4th: lower body exercise (moving to left and back)


5th: lower body exercise (moving to right and back)


6th: Head exercise (make sure to do the 2nd part, it works!)
Part 1: Turn your head like Linda Blair did in "The Exorcist"


Part 2: Use your head to do the Karate chop. Aiiii...cah~~~~~~~~


7th: whole body exercise
Part 1: Fly like a bird


Part 2: Wiggle and squirm


Part 3: Sway like a palm tree during the hurricane


8th: Jumping exercise: The Pose is the key! but remember to jump!


9th: relax
Part 1: Spinning round and round


Part 2: Let's boogie


Part 3: Going into a trance. Well done!

Let's see -- after I fell into the desk, knocked off my monitor - I decided that reading the directions might help ... by the time I got to boggie all was great!! Those were wonderful!!!!!

I'm glad u like it Pete. I got this from the email that my friend forwarded to me...when I look at them the second time, it reminds me of tai-chi...
