After a year and half paying through my nose and suffering from the slow and erratic broadband service courtesy of Telecom Xtra, I finally made the decision to move on. (This is only the first step of my spring cleaning all those crap, more to come...)
A few days ago, I found this ISP called Xnet offered by World Exchange. After filling up the online form, they called me promptly yesterday to confirm my subscription details. They told me the switch will take place between 2 to 3 days. And guess what? They switch the service in less than half a day and this morning I am connected without a hitch. Now that's what I call customer service...
