The picture says it all. Day in day out I had to deal with those buggers who spent the whole day politicking and do nothing else. They are really a pain in the ass and I can see my patience is wearing thin as a blank sheet of paper. If only I could "strangle" them and throw their bodies out of my sight...just wishful thinking... :p
So I am going to say a little prayer to keep me from going insane... >:)
Dear God,
Grant me the serenity to accept things I cannot change,
And the courage to change the things I cannot accept;
The wisdom to hide bodies of those that I had to kill today,
Because they got on my nerves.
Help me to be careful of the toes I step on today,
As they may be connected to the feet I have to kiss tomorrow.
Help me to give 100% at work:
12% on Monday
23% on Tuesday
40% on Wednesday
20% on Thursday
and 5% on Friday
Help me to remember when I am having a bad day at work and people are trying to wind me up,
It takes 42 muscles to frown, 28 to smile
And only 4 to extend my arm and smack someone in the mouth.

Office politics are ever present, always with someone trying to step ahead of the crowd, even if it means running all over everyone to get to it.
Sometimes, it IS fun though - it's only when it turns nasty that it becomes a drama session of bitchy cat fights. :P
